As our products are shipped from Japan, they may be subject to taxes and to cuctoms fees in the country of delivery. These costs are the customer's responsibility.

Whenever any goods are imported to your country, a customs harmonized tariff system code (HS code) needs to be used so that you can work out how much the percentage of duty will be. The HS code of products handled by us is 9503.00 (toys). With this in hand, you can calculate or ask the correct duty and VAT.
