📦 Handling Time

  • Orders will be shipped within three business days after the order is placed.

  • Please note that shipping may be delayed during Japanese national holidays, particularly:

    • From late April to early May (Golden Week)

    • During the year-end and New Year holidays


🚚 Combined Shipping

  • If your initial order has not yet been shipped, you may request combined shipping for additional orders placed separately.

  • To request combined shipping, please leave a message when placing your second order.

  • If the items can be packed in one box, we will refund the shipping fee for the additional order.

  • Combined shipping is available for orders placed within two weeks of the first transaction.

Our products are shipped from Japan and may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country.

❗ Undelivered / Misdelivered / Shipping Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery period, we can issue a refund upon request. If the item arrives after a refund has been issued, we kindly ask that you repay.

  • If your item is misdelivered, the quantity is incorrect, or the description does not match, we will offer a refund or reshipment.

  • If the item is damaged or lost in transit, we will issue a refund.
