Handling Time

- We will ship your orders within three business days after you place an order.

- Please be noted that we will be away from the end of April to the beginning of May and the year-end holiday in consideration of Japanese national holidays.

Combined Shipping

‐ If the order has not been shipped yet, you can request the combined shipping with other items you purchase separately. Please leave a message when you make another order.

- If the separate orders can be combined in a box, the shipping fee for the other order will be refunded.

- The combined shipping is available within two weeks from the first transaction.

*If you choose the uninsured method, you will be responsible for any accidents (damage, loss, delay, etc.) during transportation.

*If you choose Expedited Shipping and you are in a Remote Area such as FedEx or DHL, you may incur additional charges. If that is the case, we will contact you.

Customs

As our products are shipped from Japan, they may be subject to taxes and to customs fees in the country of delivery. Please check the following page to know in detail.

Undelivered, misdelivered, etc.

-If your order is not delivered within two weeks of the expected arrival period, we will refund you if you wish so. If it arrives after refunding, we will ask you to pay for it again. However, if you choose shipping without insurance, you will not receive any refund.

-If the item is misdelivered, the quantity is incorrect, or the item description is different, we will refund or resend the item.

-For accidents during transportation, we will refund you if you have selected shipping with insurance.
