It's released in 2007. Chocolate Rabbit Girl & Baby in school uniform with bags. This is a series of new items released on the monthly "Sylvanian Day" which was started in 2001 Fall. The "Sylvanian Day" is set on the 4th Saturday at the beginning and changed to the 2nd Saturday in April 2005. This Sylvanian Day followed by 2008 but not sure how it goes on. That's why the new items would be released on the 2nd Saturday even now, I think.
