🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Kobeejapan, we take great care in inspecting and packing each item to ensure it reaches you safely and in the expected condition. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to make it right.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery.


📸 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at thanks@kobeejapan.net with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Include clear photos of the item, including packaging and any visible damage or defects.

  3. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.


✈️ Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
