At Kobeejapan, we take great care in inspecting and packing each item to ensure it reaches you safely and in the expected condition. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Include clear photos of the item, including packaging and any visible damage or defects.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
💰 Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
