Urban Life Series was sold from 1987 to 1994, yet the most of items from the series were sold in the first two years. As you can tell, it was not a long-term series, but it has influenced the recent items!!
The concept of the series is a city as well as the Town Series released in 1997. The city is far from the Sylvanian village, and the families who live there are different from the villagers either. In contrast to the very rustic village items at that time, the buildings and furniture were designed more stylishly in Urban Life Series.
