At Kobeejapan, we take great care in inspecting and packing each item to ensure it reaches you safely and in the expected condition. However, if there is a problem with your order â or even if you simply change your mind â we will do our best to make it right.

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

For used products, returns are accepted as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was received.
