At Kobeejapan, we take great care in inspecting and packing each item to ensure it reaches you safely and in the expected condition. However, if there is a problem with your order — or even if you simply change your mind — we will do our best to make it right.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

• You received the wrong item.

• You changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the product did not meet your expectations.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Note:

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• For used products, returns are accepted as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was received.

📸 How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at thanks@kobeejaan.net with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. If applicable, include clear photos of the item, including packaging and any visible damage or defects.

3. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

✈️ Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered, or preference-related reasons), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
